Description

Ertz 1997: "Da vier weitere, sich nur in der Staffage voneinander unterscheidende gleichartige, eigenhändige Repliken bekannt sind, [FN 3] ist anzunehmen, daß Jan alle diese Bilder in unmittelbarer Nähe zu dem 1607 datierten New Yorker Exemplar 'um 1607' malte. [...] FN 3 [...] Slg. Saulmann, Holz, 46 x 83 cm, angeblich bez.: J.B., Lit.: Erz 1979, Kat. 160."
