Description
at four chamfered legs, with carved, gold-plated heads of sphinxes and black stained stretcher with volutes. Maple wood with painted grain. At cover an oval locket with depiction of Orpheus drawn with black China ink. The rounded edges of the case decorated with virgins with flowers in the same way. Vienna, beginning of 19 th century
