Hair is gray. Staring at him with serious expression. Very well worked in the meat, also on the left cheek, with the end of the brush handle. Strong red on the underside of the nose - according to the expertise of Prof. Cornelis Hofstede de Groot on the reverse (Archive of the Rijksbureau voor Kunsthistorische Dokumentatie)In 1937, a list of inventories was requested by the Nazi authority for confiscation.
