Description

Cut; on the goblet the large Polish-Saxon coat of arms and in a frame the figure of Justitia with scales and sword. In the knob a red gold glass thread. A piece broken off at the foot. Early 18th century.

Provenance

Until May 1945, the object was located in the Dresden City Hall (seat of the Dresden City Museum). It was stored there together with the other handicraft exhibits of the museum - packed in boxes - in the cellar. Lost since the end of the war.
