Description
Small dressing glass with gold-decorated framing and ornamentation.
Provenance
The mirror was located in the Royal Bedroom in the west wing of Dresden Castle; in accordance with the 1924 settlement agreement, the mirror fell to the Free State of Saxony; In 1944, the mirror was removed from Dresden Castle to a relocation site (presumably Schönfeld Castle); Circumstances of loss unknown. A loss in connection with the events of the Second World War is assumed.
