Framed. After F. H. Kaemmerer. Counterpart of "Hochzeit".
Provenance
The claimant's grandparents lived at Hornschuckpromenade 7 in Fürth, Germany. Shortly after the family business had been Aryanized, the grandfather was forced to sell his extensive art collection at the Rudolf Lepke auction house in Berlin on November 22, 1938, lot 126. He then fled with his family to the USA. Whereabouts unknown.
