Birkenmeier jug

Lost at the collection site in the sacristy of Tambach Castle near Coburg. History of loss: The jug is listed and described in the inventory of artefacts in the art collections at Coburg Fortress, which have presumably been lost through looting or theft since the invasion of the occupying troops; the jug was apparently initially noted as a loss from the pewter collection under the same inventory number.
