Auction Amsterdam (Frederik Muller) 17. 10. 1941; from Goudstikker 7. 8. 1942 for 2,200 f to Emil Kummerle, cancelled and replaced by W. A. Hofer, Berlin, 1.5. 1944 f. 1. 500; until April 1953 Johanna Kummerlé (wife of Alfred Kummerlé); after leaving the GDR, a collection of 42 paintings is transferred to public ownership; handed over to the museum on 26.3.1954 by the GDR Ministry of Finance, Department of Depository Management.
