Portrait of a middle-aged gentleman with a moustache, dressed in a black tailcoat with bow tie and white starched shirt; the subject wears a gold ring on his right index finger; the portrait is indistinctly signed in the lower right corner: "H. Rumpf", but resembles the portraits of the Neuwied painter August Friedrich Siegert in its style; Wooden frame, moulded and gilded; counterpart to Inv. No. 3910b of the Roentgen Museum
