Description
The volumes bear the ownership stamp of Dr. Karl Neumeyer (1869-1941).
The volumes were sold after the war by the Munich specialist bookshop Georg Blendl, which was founded in 1947 and still exists today.

Dr Karl Neumeyer was a professor at Munich University. He and his wife avoided the threat of deportation by committing suicide. His two sons emigrated, Alfred Neumeyer to the USA, Friedrich Neumeyer to Sweden. Friedrich Neumeyer was a lawyer like his father, but specialised in a different field of law (intellectual property law instead of criminal law and international law).
