On the front lower left handwritten in pencil: "Bayer. Staatsgem. Slgen. Inv. No. 14238", next to it handwritten in pencil on the right: “originated 1913 / Graphische Slg. Inv.Nr. L 547”, on the reverse lower left paper embossing: “1871 Ingres”, next to it handwritten in pencil: "irrtümlich gestempelt / Eigentum der Bayer. Staatsgemäldesammlungen Inv. Nr. 14238", below a rectangular stamp: “Staatl. Graphische / Sammlung München / L. 547 (handwritten addition)”, lower right brownish oval stamp with jagged edge: “Galerie Kahnweiler / 1717 / 28, Rue Vignon, PARIS”, next to it handwritten in pencil: “5092 / B 2 (oder L) 013”.
