Library material, book (Cohn Collection)

The bookseller and scholar Albert Cohn (1827–1905) donated his private library to the Berlin City Library. In addition to a remarkable collection of auction and antiquarian catalogues, the collection on Werther and literature on the Xenien struggle is particularly noteworthy. The collection was moved to Lower Silesia (Kynau Castle) in 1943 and has been missing ever since.
Some titles from the collection are located in the University Library of Lodz. These works can be used on site at the aforementioned library.
