Edition 35/150; portfolio with 10 etchings, edited by Hans Wolfgang Singer at Wohlgemuth & Lissner, Berlin. All prints are numbered and inscribed in pencil. They are available under passepartouts, each typographically marked "Jahrbuch der Original-Graphik, V. Jahrgang / Ausgabe B", the name of the artist and the title of the work.
Provenance
transferred in September 1943 by the OFP Hessen in Darmstadt to the Painting Gallery and the Museum of Antiquities of the City of Mainz, tax office identification number: M. St. 88/851. Probably confiscated by the Mainz tax office in September 1942 after the deportation of the owners. The identity of the owner (presumably a Mainz collector specializing in prints of the Berlin Secession and the 1920s) has not yet been clarified.
